About the apprenticeship

Duties

The role of an administration assistant involves supporting the team with administrative duties in a timely and professional manner.
- Screen security staff - full training provided by the company to screen staff in accordance with BS7858 2019 standards
- Dealing with client enquiries - email or telephone
- Recording all key information
- Supporting other team members in meeting their objectives

Additional information

This will require all tasks to be completed in the allocated timeframe and to a high standard, meeting training company deadline and expectations.

Skills

Team player - working with other team members to ensure all customer leads are filled each day

Communication skills - both verbal and written (high degree of email and telephone traffic).

Organisation and prioritisation of tasks.

IT literacy - basic IT skills including ability to use Excel, Word, Outlook and internal data systems.

Determination and willingness to see a task through to completion.

Desire to succeed and to progress through the Apprenticeship into longer term career within the organisation.
