About the apprenticeship

Duties

• Manages company social media channels, including Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, and other relevant platforms including posting and managing communications.
• Engages in social media presence, creation on new and emerging social media platforms.
• Creates dynamic written, graphic, and video content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites and encourages audience participation
• Optimizes content following search engine optimization (SEO) by updating posts to include relevant keywords and monitor pay per click (PPC)
• Assists social media management with large projects, events, and community management
• Works as part of a team to develop social media campaigns
• Uses analytic tool to gauge the success of campaigns and prepare reports on audience information, demographics and success of existing social media projects
• Research industry innovations and tools to propose new ideas and concepts for social media content i.e. brainstorm campaigns
• Works with marketing and social media team members to co-ordinate Ad campaigns with social media strategy
• Writes and distributes e-newsletters to subscribers
• Uses timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analysing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visits
• Writes and distributes e-newsletters to subscribers
• Contributes to team effort
• Liaising with staff, managers and external custome
