About the apprenticeship


• Draft well-written job advertisements and post on a wide range of relevant and appropriate media e.g. company website, job boards
• Headhunting – identify and approach suitable candidates for relevant positions
• Use the company database to its full capacity, including performing concise searches to find candidates already known to us, recording all activity and processing filled vacancies
• Receive and review applications for vacancies to build shortlists for presentation to Client
• Arrange and manage interviews, including organising time and location, and providing feedback and outcomes to both Client and Candidates
• Provide candidates with full information about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of any prospective role
• Prepare CV’s and other written correspondence to a high standard of written English
• Negotiate pay and salary rates on behalf of candidates
• Finalise all details of successful placements prior to the candidate starting, and ensure that both parties are aware of these details
• Ensure that all placement information provided to payroll/credit control is completed accurately and in full
• Proactively work with Payroll/Credit Control to assist with any relevant queries, aiming to avoid potential credits
• Meet all Minimum Activity Standards and Behaviours
• Build relationships and rapport with Clients to ensure repeat business
