We are going to be offering apprenticeships in Food and Drink Manufacturing, Business Administration and Hospitality

What type of jobs can apprentices expect to be doing

As a company we all try to work together and do help in all tasks that are needed however an apprentice would be expected to work in the areas that best match there apprenticeship

 

Business Administration would be answering calls, invoicing, filling, using xero, booking out order, helping with health and safety polices as well as dealing with customers.

 

Food and Drink Manufacturing would be helping with the manufacturing of the wines liqueurs and preserves, helping in the kitchen also dealing with health and safety polices and HSAP.

 

Hospitality will be helping with cooking for the bistro, Coming up with new meal ideas manufacturing of wines liqueurs and preserves also dealing with health and safety polices and HSAP.

We are looking for someone that will work well with us all. Is keen to learn and bring their own ideas and experience.

How much are apprentices paid

This will be in line with minimum requirements plus we offer an extra 25p/hour if the monthly hours are completed with no absences.
