Is a Multi Award Winner Regional Shared Apprenticeship Scheme, that currently employs over 120 apprentices and has employed 650+ shared apprentices to date. It is a Shared Apprenticeship Scheme that was launched with CITB in 2013 and is currently the largest Shared Apprenticeship Scheme in the UK.

Learners are fundamentally linked to projects whereas placements will be providing relevant, structured training opportunities to an agreed schedule within their framework/trade ensuring appropriate levels of mentoring and support throughout the learners journey

What do we look for in an applicant

Punctuality, Reliability, Excellent Communication Skills and having a real interest in the job, coupled with a willingness to learn.

How much are apprentices paid

The apprentices will be paid at least the minimum wage rate for an apprentice.
