What apprenticeships do they offer?
ITV offers 12-month, Level 3 Creative and Digital Apprenticeships through Sgil Cymru. Apprentices with ITV Cymru Wales have the opportunity to learn how to do everything from filming and content creation to research and admin.
When does ITV usually recruit for apprentices?
Applications open in June, apprenticeships start in September.
What does ITV look for in an applicant?
Qualifications are less important than attitude when it comes to recruiting. The company is primarily looking for candidates who are curious, energetic and keen to pursue a career in the industry. Above all, ITV is looking for candidates who are passionate about telling stories.
What type of jobs can apprentices expect to be doing?
Apprentices can expect to spend time learning about the different specialisms at ITV including filming, research for programmes, creating social media content, business administration and public relations. Although all apprentices at ITV will work towards the same Level 3 qualification the company believes in tailoring its apprenticeships to the individual
