About the apprenticeship
Duties
Assisting in identifying and securing a new customer base whilst maintaining long term relationships with the established base.
Assisting the Recruitment & Compliance Officer with recruitment for the branch using job boards provided.
Oversee alongside Recruitment & Compliance Officer the compliance for the branch ensuring 100% compliance; DBS's, References, Training.
360 Recruitment Role; Involvement with recruitment for the office ensuring staff targets are set, managed and delivered addressing underperformance as required.
Working towards reaching the company's financial targets.
Assisting HR & Payroll with Ad-hoc basic tasks.
Ongoing supervision of candidate databases.
Ensure all shift bookings and staff transfers for the office are scheduled, filled and billed for.
Any other reasonable activities required in the delivery of the role.

No entry requirements - ICT and English GCSE A-C desirable. Those with a degree in this subject area may still be eligible for this level apprenticeship. On successful completion you will achieve a Level 2 or 3 Business Administration qualification.
