About the apprenticeship

Duties

Quality is at the heart of aerospace engineering—far more than a box to tick. Every component we design and manufacture must meet strict safety and performance standards. As a Quality Apprentice, you'll play a vital role in ensuring reliability, safety and customer trust while developing real engineering problem‑solving skills in a fast‑moving, innovative industry.
We’re recruiting for several Level 4 Quality Engineers, where you’ll complete a two‑year HNC programme with one day a week at NDGTA and the rest gaining hands‑on experience on-site.
Throughout your Apprenticeship, you'll rotate through key areas of the business, supporting audits, analysing data, improving processes, collaborating with teams, resolving issues and helping maintain compliance and customer satisfaction. It’s a chance to build strong technical skills, become a trusted quality specialist and start a career in a sector where excellence truly matters.
