About the apprenticeship

Duties

• Answer incoming calls
• Process prescriptions
• Communicate well with staff, patients and any visitors
• Summarise medical information onto the computer
• Sort incoming mail
• Respond to digital queries

Additional information

• 37.5 hours worked Monday to Friday between 07:45 and 18:30 (shifts will depend on the needs of the practice, but can be flexible to work around the employee where possible)
