About the apprenticeship
Duties
• Using our CRM system to contact potential clients, listen to their needs and provide information about Ortharize, in order to book demos for our business development managers.
• Manage your own pipeline effectively and essentially run your own lead generation activities (beyond calling), employing your own knowledge and strategies to achieve the best results.
• Detailing all information within our CRM and keeping records up to date.
• Successfully relaying all pertinent information to other sales team members who will complete the platform demos.

Requirements
Skills
• Experience dealing with customers either in person or over the phone.
• B2B software experience (HubSpot or similar CRM) is not essential but would be an advantage.
• Great conversation skills and experience pitching to prospects over the telephone.
• Good written English and email sending ability.
• A self-starting, highly motivated attitude.
• Knowledge and ambition to build a resilient, strong customer pipeline.
• Good time-management, reporting and organisation skills.
Qualifications
A good listener, enthusiastic and proactive in completing tasks. All training will be given outside of this!
