About the apprenticeship

Duties

Report to the senior quantity surveyors & preconstruction managers to assist with project management & co-ordination tasks as necessary.
Assist in the preparation of tender bids.
Assist with contract administration for live projects, including site visits liaising with multi-disciplinary teams.
Monitoring projects recording updates and reporting on progression of programme.
Attend and contribute to construction programme & contract review meetings,
General office administration duties adhering to internal governance and reporting templates.

£21,157.50 - £24,784.50 Pro Rata

Qualifications

5 GCSE’s including Maths, English & a Science
A Level: CCC
Welsh BACC: Grade C and CC at A Level
BTEC: BTEC Extended Diploma Merit Merit Merit
Access to HE: Pass Access to HE Diploma with a minimum of 96 UCAS Tariff points
T Level: Pass (C and above)
