About the apprenticeship

Duties

Includes, but is not limited to:
Work based learning to cover the units within City and Guilds Beauty Qualification (theory and practical), which includes a wide range of Level 2 beauty treatments and the WEST (Wales Essential Skills Toolkit) requirements.

As per the qualification, this also includes supporting the Salons day-to-day running by supporting customers with their enquiries and bookings, supporting all staff by ensuring the Salon space is kept clean, tidy and to the high professional standard it maintains.

The ability to be able to get to the salon is essential, please check your public transport options if you are unable to drive.

A casual interview with the Work Based Learning assessor will be arranged prior to the interview with the employer to ensure CV is accurate and they understand the position they are applying for. Following this, interviews will take place at the Studio 58 Salon in Llanbedr with the employers and assessor.
