About the apprenticeship

Duties

• Deliver first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows 11 issues, including system, application and user-related problems.
• Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, Outlook, Word and SharePoint.
• Assist with general IT tasks including hardware setup, software installation and network connectivity.
• Log, manage and resolve support tickets efficiently, escalating complex issues in line with internal processes.
• Communicate solutions clearly, document fixes and share knowledge to continuously improve service delivery.

Requirements

Skills

• A keen interest in IT and technology, with a strong desire to learn and develop technical skills.
• Experience in customer service is advantageous, though not required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 products, such as Word, Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical information in a clear and accessible manner.
