Duties

Apprentice Administrator – Candidate Compliance (Recruitment Agency)
We are looking for a motivated Apprentice Administrator to support candidate compliance within our recruitment agency while working towards a recognised Business Administration qualification. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands on experience in recruitment and office administration.
Key responsibilities include:
• Assisting with collecting and checking candidate compliance documents (e.g. right to work, references, DBS checks)
• Updating candidate records accurately on recruitment systems
• Communicating with candidates and consultants to chase and confirm documentation
• Supporting the team with general administrative tasks and compliance audits
• Ensuring confidentiality and data protection standards are followed at all times
This role is ideal for someone organised, eager to learn, and interested in developing administrative and compliance skills within a fast paced recruitment environment
