About the apprenticeship

Duties

What you’ll do:
• Support engagement and enrolment of participants onto employability programmes
• Assist with initial assessments, documentation and providing advice and guidance
• Deliver excellent customer care to individuals accessing support
• Update and maintain records on internal systems and CRM databases
• Respond to enquiries via phone, email and social media
• Support the coordination of services and referrals with partner organisations
• Assist with monitoring participant progress and ensuring compliance with programme requirements

• Good ICT skills (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel)

1.4 Basic understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion and its importance in working with communities
