About the apprenticeship
Duties
• Support the administration of pension processes and systems
• Maintain and update records accurately on internal databases
• Respond to enquiries from customers via telephone, email or in writing
• Provide a professional and helpful service to members of the pension scheme
• Assist with processing information and documentation in line with procedures
• Support the preparation of data and basic reports (training provided)
• Work with colleagues and external partners to support service delivery
• Ensure confidentiality and data protection requirements are followed at all times

Qualifications
• Anyone aged 16 or over can complete an apprenticeship qualification (no upper age limit).
• 16-year-olds will need to have completed their final GCSE year at school before starting an apprenticeship.
• You must be willing to undertake and complete a relevant apprenticeship qualification
• You must be prepared to spend a minimum of 20% of your time in off-the-job learning
