About the apprenticeship

Duties

Learn to erect and alter, dismantle various scaffolding structures
 Adhere to strict health and safety regulations
 Gain competency in using scaffolding equipment, tools and methods
 Collaborate with site managers, clients and other trades like roofers,
bricklayers
 Provide access solutions or structural support for trades to work safely at height
 Work outdoors in various weather conditions and sometimes indoors
depending on the project

Additional information

Driving licence desirable, but not essential.

Course requirements to complete the NVQ outside of training weeks. Hours will vary depending on site requirements, training and course work required.

 Respectful and Professional Demeanour – Polite and courteous on site and when representing the
company.
Applicants must be comfortable working at heights.
