About the apprenticeship
Duties
As a Software Development Apprentice, you will be an integral part of Bluestone’s Technology and Development function, supporting the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions that enhance both guest experience and internal operations.
You will gain hands-on experience in modern software development practices, learning how to design, build, test, and deploy applications across a range of systems. Working alongside experienced developers and technology professionals, you will develop practical skills in coding, debugging, and working within structured development lifecycles.
This apprenticeship combines real-world project experience with formal training, enabling you to build a strong foundation in software development, including programming languages, databases, APIs, and version control, while contributing to meaningful digital transformation projects across Bluestone.
A strong interest in software development, coding, and technology.
Basic understanding of programming concepts (through education, self-learning, or projects).

Skills
Exposure to programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, C#).
