About the apprenticeship
Duties
• You’ll support the full learning and development lifecycle, helping to identify learning needs, plan, design, coordinate, deliver and evaluate learning activities across Hafod.
• You’ll complete rotations across the Learning and Development team to understand how learning supports colleagues across Care, Homes and Communities, Support and Head Office services.
• You’ll coordinate learning activities, including booking training, preparing materials, maintaining learning records, supporting learners and making the best use of learning systems and data.
• You’ll support the design and delivery of engaging learning experiences, including creating learning resources, co-facilitating training sessions and, as your skills develop, delivering learning activities to colleagues.
• You’ll contribute to learning projects and continuous improvement, using feedback and learning data to help review, evaluate and enhance learning programmes, resources and processes
Additional information
• An interest working in learning and development, with any related experience (e.g. through education, part-time work, volunteering, or personal projects).
• Welsh language skills, or a willingness to develop your Welsh language skills is desirable.
• This role involves travel across Hafod’s sites and services. While a driving licence is not essential, some locations may be difficult to access by public transport

Qualifications
• A minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths (A*-C)
• Good IT skills, including regular use of email, Microsoft Office (e.g. Word and Excel), and other digital tools, or the ability to quickly build confidence in these areas
