About the apprenticeship
Duties
• Provide first-line ICT support via telephone, email and face-to-face contact.
• Log, monitor and update service requests using Service Desk systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating where required.
• Keep customers informed and deliver excellent service throughout the support process.
• Maintain accurate records of ICT equipment and support activities.
• Develop technical knowledge and gain experience across a wide range of ICT services.
