Opportunities offered

Business Administration Apprenticeship - a 2 year programme studying for a level 3 award. Data Science Apprenticeship - a 3 year Data Science degree apprenticeship. Finance Apprenticeship - a 3 year apprenticeship studying AAT through to level 4

What type of jobs can apprentices expect to be doing

Business Administration Apprentices get to learn about general office administration, alongside supporting specific activities such as recruitment, well being projects, payroll, facilities, environmental and health and safety projects Finance Apprenticeships work within our Finance team and supporting the external audit at a range of clients, plus have 2 external secondments.

What do we look for in an applicant

We are looking for people who have a genuine interest in the public sector and public sector improvement. Each apprenticeship will require specific skills detailed in the JD but we are looking for apprentices to have great team working and enthusiasm, alongside a commitment to earn while learning.

How much are apprentices paid

Business Administration apprentices start on £18,768 Data Science Apprenticeships start on £22,038 Finance Apprenticeships start on £18,768 all apprenticeships are subject to incremental salary progression based on performance.

Recruitment processes and timeframes

All apprenticeships are advertised normally in April, but only the Finance Apprenticeships are advertised annually.
