What type of jobs can apprentices expect to be doing
- Managing front of house team on day to day basis
- Ensuring they are providing exceptional customer service to every customer
- Opening/closing of restaurant
- Cash/payment takeover/handover between shifts
- Support and coach team members

What do we look for in an applicant
- Prior hospitality experience 2 years plus
- Ability to work effectively as part of the management team
- To lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service
- A positive brand ambassador
- Ability to supervise others and undertake management responsibilities like open/closing of restaurant
How much are apprentices paid
Management apprentice(s) will be paid: £9.50 per hour under 23 £10.50 per hour over 23
