Level 2 Foundation Apprenticeship in Food Production & Cooking
What type of jobs can apprentices expect to be doing
Preparing food, snacks, garnishes, food safety, labelling, temperature checks, deep cleaning, all aspects of kitchen work.

What do we look for in an applicant
Enthusiasm, motivation, commitment, an interest or preferably a passion for (in this case) ‘food’, a willingness to learn from our Chef & kitchen team, professional, friendly, calm under pressure, someone who wants to make a career in this field. An interest in minimising waste and negative effects on the environment.
How much are apprentices paid
Up to 18 years £6.45 per hr, over 18 National minimum Wage, 25 + National Living Wage
