We offer an apprenticeship for the hospitality and catering industry.  Foxys Deli and cafe in Penarth has been the hub of the community in Penarth for 17 years. A venue for a host of groups and classes including welsh classes, Italian classes and even has its own choir. Recently named one of 'Britain's Best Brunch Venues' in The Mail on Sunday.

Apprentices will be engaging in tasks such as food preparation, health and hygiene form filling, helping to create menus, cooking - any task associated with a busy kitchen.
