The bakery takes on two new apprentices per year at Level 2 and is supportive of progression into team leadership and management.
Benefits available
Apprentices earn a good wage, working in a hands-on and immersive environment from day one. All bakers have the opportunity to progress onto further training opportunities, including at a management level. All Henllan Bakery’s apprentices so far have been offered permanent jobs after completing the course.
Recruitment processes and timeframes
Vacancies are advertised in February with successful candidates beginning their apprenticeships in March or April.
