What type of jobs can apprentices expect to be doing

Provide excellent customer service and deal with enquiries in a
courteous, professional and knowledgeable way, exceed individual
targets, build strong relationships with new and existing
customers, sell/upsell the full range of products, chase leads,
process sales, assist in depot warehouse.

What do we look for in an applicant

Experience of working in retail or similar customer service
environment, multitasking different workloads, able to
communicate in a pleasant, friendly manner and clearly articulate
Howdens joinery products to the trade and public, effective team
work and problem solving skills. Ability to speak welsh is a plus but
not necessary.

How much are apprentices paid

£10,500 per year.
