We work on a two year program within apprentices as we like to develop at the Individuals pace, it is imperative for us that all Apprentices have a clear understanding of Health and Safety first.

Apprentices will get to shadow there senior this can be from Administration, Project Management and External Roofing areas (i.e.) built
up roofing, slating and tiling, cladding. External Apprentices can expect to be working in the outdoor environment and be trained in Health and Safety.

Apprentices can expect to reserve Excellent support with experience in house trainers, we work very closely with Individuals helping them to achieve there own personal goals and where they would like to be in there career.

This can depend on the position that is available.  You will need to have a certain drive and passion to train in an area of development that is specific to the Individual as well as good time keeping and enjoy working outdoors and be willing to complete intense training programs.

This can vary depending on the positions. J Randall are Living Allowance Members.
