What type of jobs can apprentices expect to be doing

This will depend on the type of apprenticeship.  Electrical apprentices could be based at site or in the factory and the job descriptions would vary.  Admin/Design/Procurement/HR would be office based and have their own job descriptions.

What do we look for in an applicant

Looking for someone who is self-motivated, with good organisational and interpersonal skills. They must be suited to a culture which is entrepreneurial, and at time fast paced, with high performance standards. 

 

They should have a good work ethic, be keen to learn, a flexible personality and be able to work with all levels of the organisation.

How much are apprentices paid

As a minimum, they would be paid in line with statutory rates/guidance
