What type of jobs can apprentices expect to be doing
Working on all picking platforms separating recycled materials, including de-bailing of material and de-palletising, working on a reel cutter machine, understanding product quality including understanding how gravimetric work, cleaning in and around the factory and understanding basic maintenance elements. But also understanding recycled materials and the recycling lifecycle.
Benefits available
All successful apprentices will develop into full time permanent position within Parry & Evans. Once the individuals have successfully completed there apprenticeship that they will develop within the business which could be plant and machinery licences, maintenance, gravimetrics, line leaders or a banksman.
What do we look for in an applicant
We are currently looking for driven and ambitious individuals, someone that would like to kick start their career within a recycling industry, can work within a fast-paced environment and hands on approach.
How much are apprentices paid
£124.50 per week
