What is Redrow Homes looking for in an applicant?
Requirements vary across the different trades, generally Redrow prefers its apprentices to have five GCSEs, although this is not essential. Initiative and enthusiasm are the most important criteria. The company recruits school leavers and mature students looking to retrain. 

What type of jobs can apprentices expect to be doing?
Day-to-day tasks vary depending on the individual apprenticeship, and Redrow prides itself on the variety of tasks and responsibilities given to its apprentices. Trade apprentices could be working on everything from labouring to connecting pipework depending on their specialism. Administrative apprentices typically focus on office duties. Specialist Engineering and Surveying Apprentices could be talking to Redrow’s contractors, advising on on-site issues etc.  
 

Generally apprentices will have an opportunity to stay at Redrow once their apprenticeship is completed
