* Will be patient facing and the first point of contact for patients via telephone and face to face
* Will book patients appointments in an organsied, efficient, and caring manner
* Provide Admin support in reception in line with practice requirements and guidelines
* To present a calm and friendly image to patients
* Deal with enquiries from patients efficiently and courteously
