About the apprenticeship

Duties

To assist the Admin department in all clerical and admin functions to ensure the smooth running of the departments. This will include answering customer enquiries, filing, creating and maintaining spreadsheets and other basic administrative roles. You will be required to undertake and complete a Level 4 Diploma in Business Administration with XR Training alongside your work as the training will be factored into your working hours.

Additional information

Work will commence from the company's office in Pyle, Bridgend and will be Monday- Friday, but this can be negotiated at interview stage if required.

Skills

Proven administration experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other related software applications
Ability to work with highly confidential matters
Be able to show initiative in prioritisation of workload and managing time effectively in a demanding team environment
Capable of working under pressure
Professional and able to deal with Agents, Consultants, Contractors and Suppliers politely and to build effective working relationships
