About the apprenticeship

Duties

To provide a dedicated front of house service, greeting and allowing visitors into the home.
Answering and staffing the main home telephone number.
Supporting the team in daily duties including photocopying, binding, laminating, producing posters/ leaflets etc.
To ensure post and emails are actioned promptly.
To assist the Home Administrator in the coordination of training for the service.
To liaise with other functions (Finance, HR, Oak View Admin) as required to support the smooth running of the service.
