About the apprenticeship
Duties
• Organising clients paperwork as and when required.
• Analysis work to assist in preparing quarterly VAT Returns and year-end Financial Accounts.
• Progressing to be responsible for the preparation of the above.
• Assist the payroll department in processing clients wages.
• Assist in the preparation of corporation and personal Tax Returns.
• Carry out other ad hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements
Skills
The applicants should be computer literate with a reasonable knowledge of Microsoft office, particularly excel and word.
A knowledge of accountancy software packages, in particular Sage, would be an advantage, however appropriate training would be provided.
