About the apprenticeship
Duties
• Processing the Accounts Payables Ledgers including invoice registration, authorization, payments & reconciliation to supplier statements, ensuring that all necessary records are maintained accurately and up to date.
• Posting of transactions to all bank accounts and monthly reconciliation to control accounts, ensuring that all necessary records are maintained accurately, up to date and in compliance with audit requirements
• Processing prepayment and accrual adjustments.
• Analysis of financial data, including detailed reconciliation.
• To work at all times in a positive and professional manner.
• Prioritization of workload to achieve team targets and deadlines
• Any other duties, which are considered to be reasonable in line with the overall needs and requirements of the position.
