About the apprenticeship

Duties

• Processing the Accounts Payables Ledgers including invoice registration, authorisation, payments and reconciliation to supplier statements, ensuring that all necessary records are maintained accurately and up to date.
• Posting of transactions to all bank accounts and monthly reconciliation to control accounts, ensuring that all necessary records are maintained accurately, up to date and in compliance with audit requirements.
• Processing prepayment and accrual adjustments.
• Analysis of financial data, including detailed reconciliation.
• To always work in a positive and professional manner. Supporting collaborative team working.
• Prioritisation of workload to achieve team targets and deadlines.
• Any other duties, which are reasonable in line with the overall needs and requirements of the position.
• Access to safe and petty cash tins
• Access to banking and payment
