About the apprenticeship
Duties
Working for a busy office in Swansea. The role will involve providing administration support such as filing, scanning and copying documents along with data entry onto company systems. Also dealing with telephone calls from service users and suppliers.
Requirements
Skills
Good communication and IT skills, good organisational skills and an ability to work as part of a team. Good standard of Literacy and numeracy required.
