About the apprenticeship

Duties

All aspects of food handling including preparation, cookery and presentation of food ready for service.

Kitchen Housekeeping – Contribute towards maintaining a safe and clean kitchen environment. Cleaning of work station, systematic cleaning of kitchen hard ware and utensils.

Kitchen management - As required, take part and contribute in team meetings. Assist in HACCP, stock taking, stock rotation, menu planning and other duties as required.
