About the apprenticeship

Duties

An exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated Apprentice Chef to join our team at the Old Kings Arms Hotel in Pembroke. If you have a love for cooking and are eager to learn and develop your skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Duties:
Typical daily duties to include preparation and cooking of vegetables, desserts, hot & cold dishes. Completing scheduled cleaning tasks and assisting the chefs with the daily running of the kitchen.

Apprenticeship Opportunity:
Benefits of working for us include share of tips. One on one mentoring with mature, experienced chefs in a small, independently owned hotel. Head chef with background in NVQ assessing.
Hours:
Working hours are approximately 40 hours a week over 5 days to include weekends/bank holidays.
