About the apprenticeship

Duties

Responsibilities may include:
• Portfolio Support — assisting with day to day administration of claims, responding to client and insurer queries and supporting claims activity, ensuring accuracy of information, assisting with progression of the claim.
• Relationship Management — maintaining professional relationships with clients, colleagues, insurer partners and many other parties connected to the claim.
• Claims Management Support - Assisting the claims team colleagues, Claims Executives and alike with preparing documentation, gathering data and attending internal or client meetings where required. Support the progression of claims, by timely proactive activity. Gain an understanding of policy coverage, claim process and client outcomes.
• System Administration — ensuring accurate CRM records and contributing to process improvements
This role provides a strong foundation for a long term career in insurance.
