Duties

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will work collaboratively with our team to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service to our portfolio of clients. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, resolving issues, coordinating property viewings, organising contractors, and maintaining client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, committed to team goals and personal development, and a proactive attitude towards problem solving.
