About the apprenticeship

Duties

The successful candidate will work as part of the team to deliver excellent service. The ability to communicate effectively is essential for this role.

No previous experience is required as full training will be given, but the nature of this role would ideally suit a confident individual who enjoys interacting with people and is computer literate.
The day-to-day tasks will involve the following -:
• Provide administration support to the team.
• Answering Telephones and taking messages
• Maintaining filing systems and data bases
• Dealing with post
