About the apprenticeship
Duties
Meeting and greeting customers, potential landlords, tenants, those looking to sell their property and those looking to buy a property, surveyors and tradesmen.
Answering the telephone in a polite and friendly manner.
Taking down messages and distributing to the relevant staff member.
Replying to and sending emails.
Maintaining a good standard of cleanliness and presentation within the office and customer seating area.
Creating window cards to display in the window display and showroom.
Maintaining the key list on a daily basis, logging keys into and out of the office, chasing tradesman and surveyors for the return of keys and keeping an accurate key list at all times.
Making small talk and providing refreshments to customers who are in the waiting area.
Contacting clients with an appointment at the start of each day, to confirm that they will be attending.
Filing, photocopying, scanning and general administration.
To have good presentation and dress smartly.
Additional information
27.5 hours 9.30am - 3pm with the potential to work 10am-2pm on a Saturday with a day off in the week - £7.00 per hour

We are ideally seeking a friendly, down to earth, polite, hardworking and keen to learn individual, who is happy to work on their own and as part of a team.
Qualifications
GCSE A*-C in English, Maths and another subject.
