Duties

WeGetDesign is offering an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Software Developer to join our innovative and dynamic team. This role is designed for individuals passionate about starting a career in software development, with a focus on the low-code platform Bubble.io. The position offers a flexible work schedule of 4 and a half days (minimum 30 hours) per week, allowing for work-life balance while gaining valuable industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in our comprehensive training program to develop your skills in Bubble.io.
• Assist in the development and testing of client applications.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of developers and project managers.
• Gain an understanding of WeGetDesign's software development process.
• Contribute to the creation of templates for the Bubble.io marketplace.
• Manage assigned tasks and development goals effectively.

Additional information

• Responsibility for documenting time spent on tasks and engaging with clients via project management applications.
• The role includes a mix of guided development/task management (35% of time), low code development (40% of time), and off-site training (15% of time).
• Aim for progression to a Senior Developer role within 2 to 3 years.
• - 4 and a half days per week (Minimum 30 hours)
• - Half Day Friday (Work from home post induction)
• - Flexible schedule to accommodate work-life balance
