About the apprenticeship

Duties

Filing site daily documentation (Briefing sheets, permits, induction records etc).
Create electronic files and uploading site documentation
Procuring office stationery
Set up meetings, book meeting rooms for office staff, sub-contractors, and clients
Updating and maintaining training matrix
Updating and maintaining notice boards
