About the apprenticeship

Duties

Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to colleagues within HR and departments across the business.
Assist with the preparation and formatting of documents, reports and presentations.
Manage incoming calls, emails and enquiries in a professional and organised manner.
Help maintain accurate records, databases and filing systems.
Schedule meetings, take minutes and support the co-ordination of diaries and appointments.
Support the smooth running of daily office operations and contribute to process improvements.
Liaise with staff, clients, and external partners in a confident and friendly manner.

Interest in developing a long-term career in business administration.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Confidence using IT systems and willingness to learn new software and processes.
A positive attitude, eagerness to learn and a proactive approach to work.

GCSE- Maths, English and ICT – C or above
