At Zero we are on a mission to help people reduce the environmental impact of their mon-ey. We are building a bank that empowers climate-conscious individuals, and as we enter this exciting new chapter, we’re looking for exceptional Customer Experience Associates to join our team.
As one of the founding members of our customer support team, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of our processes, growing alongside us as Zero expands. To-gether, we’ll redefine what it means to support customers while helping the planet thrive.
In this role, you’ll be:
• Collaborating on the design of seamless customer processes that ensure every Zero customer has a remarkable experience, You’ll provide valuable feedback to continu-ally evolve and enhance our service.
• Delivering outstanding customer support over the phone and email, resolving que-ries with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.
• Supporting our customers in becoming educated about Zero’s innovative products and services, empowering them to make eco-conscious financial choices.
What we’re looking for:
• A confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a great telephone manner.
• Someone who takes ownership, solving problems with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple systems to resolve customer queries.
• A passion for improving processes and driving positive change.

Additional Info: Our core hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm. We operate a hybrid working environment, with a minimum of 3 days in our Cardiff Head Office. To work from home, you’ll need a quiet workspace with a desk and chair. We’ll provide the tech!
