About the apprenticeship

Duties

Capture customer orders and upsell promotions across our wholesale offering

Proactively move customers to order online where appropriate

Manage customer inquiries in a professional manner and resolve / allocate as appropriate

Support the maintenance of our customer data by proactively updating the relevant systems

You will gain extensive and wide-ranging experience across a range of tasks alongside building relationships with colleagues and customers as a key part of the apprenticeship.

Essential/Desirable Requirements:
1. GCSE in English/Maths (A-C) or equivalent
2. Motivated to learn new skills
3. Basic IT literacy (using basic Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word, Outlook)
