Skills

• A positive attitude to tasks, ensuring every customer receives the very best experience.
• Excellent telephone manner, with experience preferably gained in a customer facing environment or a similar fast paced support role.
• Good written and verbal communication skills with a confident approach.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused mindset with the desire to handle challenging situations.
• Good IT skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office with knowledge and competence using CRM/databases.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
