About the apprenticeship

Duties

Support the sales team with processing customer orders and maintaining accurate records.
Communicate with customers to handle enquiries, provide updates, and ensure high levels of service.
Assist with coordinating deliveries and liaising with logistics to ensure timely dispatch.
Learn and use internal systems (e.g. CRM) to manage customer and order information.
Support the team in meeting sales targets and business objectives.
Develop knowledge of products, processes, and company procedures while working towards professional qualifications.

Qualifications

GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above) desirable
Basic IT skills.
Willingness to learn and complete an apprenticeship qualification.

Candidates without these qualifications may still be considered and supported to achieve them as part of the apprenticeship.
